Xiloval

Protective impregnating agent for wood .

Special impregnating agent for wood with a "semi-gloss" effect, specially made for preserving and decorating external wood parts.

A product made specifically for the basic treatment of all wood components requiring extra protection against the weather, mildew, fungi and parasites.

Especially suitable for protecting and treating doors, windows, blinds, balconies, garrets, fences, matchboards, flower boxes and all wood objects and/or buildings exposed to water and sun.

Also ideal for particular environments like the seaside and high-altitudes.

The product penetrates deeply, does not form a surface film and allows the wood to breathe thereby maintaining its natural beauty over time.

Xiloval contains special filters that protect the wood against UV rays.

It does not flake, but wears away in time.

It is easy to apply and is guaranteed by its "professional" quality. Xiloval is a "finishing" impregnating agent and, by applying several coats, a soft-to-touch and water-repellent surface is obtained with a semi-gloss appearance that does not require the application of any finishing varnish.

Thanks to this "natural" and "thickness-free" treatment, maintenance of wood components is much simpler and quicker (simply sandpaper over the part to remove surface dirt and apply a coat of Xiloval of the desired colour).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

- Make sure the surfaces to be treated are sandpapered, dry and clean.

- Stir before and during use.

- Brush or spray on regular layers at 12 hour intervals - On new wood: 2-3 coats.

- On wood to be renovated: 1-2 coats (sandpaper and remove the old film of varnish which is not perfectly anchored to the surface).

- Allow to dry for 24 hours and carefully sandpaper.

- To obtain a natural end effect, without thickness, apply another coat of Xiloval to achieve a semi-gloss effect or a coat of Xiloval Cera to obtain a waxed semi-matt effect.

- To obtain a surface that is full to the touch, apply a coat of Sintival varnish for exteriors, gloss or matt.
