Stuccolegno is a specially formulated paste containing resins, earth dyes and true wood flour.
It is ideal for filling and closing holes and cracks and for rebuilding the missing parts of all wood surfaces and structures.
Stuccolegno is very plastic and adheres to and stays put on all surfaces, becoming all one with the wood - hard, tenacious and resistant over time. Stuccolegno is available in ten wood colours which, if necessary, can be altered by adding our Tival Color-Tingilegno dyeing solution.
Just one application is usually enough to repair surfaces.
In the case of deep holes, it is best to go over the area more than once.
Once the product has dried, Stuccolegno can be sanded, stained, painted or drilled, just like real wood.
Instructions for use:
- Mix the product well before use.
- Make sure the areas to be treated are sanded, clean and dry.
- Apply the product with a metal spatula and press down well in the part to be repaired.
- In the case of deep holes, the operation is best repeated after 2 hours.
- 6 hours after the application, the surfaced part can be sanded, stained, painted and worked just like real wood.
N.B. If surfacing is done on a surface to be stained, we advise using a filler of the same colour as the staining solution.
